Hoax-alert.leadstories.com specifically searches online for stories from “known fake news, satire or prank websites in order to debunk them”. It is run by a technologist in Belgium and a “26-year veteran of CNN” in the U.S.  Climatefeedback.org has a team of volunteer PhDs who review content on climate topics. This group also run Healthfeedback.org
