Starbucks joins many other large companies in suspending the placement of ads on social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter:
Starbucks said “more must be done to create welcoming and inclusive online communities.”
I have largely left Twitter do to the wide spread idiocy and outrage that is prevalent on that platform. One pundit said Twitter is where angry people go to yell at others. Sounds about right.
I still have a Twitter account but no longer post anything there and deleted all past tweets. I only occasionally log in, mostly to get updates on “live” events.
