Russia reportedly began restricting access to Facebook, Twitter, app stores, BBC and other international news services, yesterday.

Update: Twitter has also been shut down in Russia. This also shuts down Russia’s own propaganda bot accounts on those platforms too, so the shutdown impacts those on multiple sides of the conflict. VPNs and Tor may be ways to work around these restrictions.
