In fact, they did all of those.

This account was blacklisted from appearing in “Trends”.

This unnamed account was blacklisted from both trends and search results.

Not only did Twitter lie, but they internally used the racist terminology “Blacklist”.

Presumably we should assume that 100% of tech companies lie and continue to lie to us.

Meanwhile, the U.S. government wants to ban TikTok, which it does not control, but has no concerns about Twitter and Facebook – probably because the government is able to control the content of the latter platforms.
